As an authorized cooling company, DI-Teknik is ISO 9001 certified and approved by the cooling industry’s Danish environment agency, KMO, for handling coolants. DI-Teknik is committed to using durable CO2 propellant solutions. CO2 does not deplete the ozone layer and the greenhouse effect is a thousandth lower in relation to using HFC coolants.
CO2 plant and recycle heat
Furthermore, CO2 has two very important advantages compared to hydrocarbon; it is not damaging to the environment and it is not combustible. This makes it the favorite choice in relation to construction as well as installation and maintenance costs on the systems.
In addition to this, CO2 systems have the potential for recovery heating which can be used in the companies’ production and administration with subsequent major economic benefits.
Major industrial heat supplies (100- 2000kW) can also benefit from a CO2 system. The power factor is typically between 2.5 and 4.7 in systems made specifically for heat supply.
